PreAlgebra: Ch. 2

 

Dear parents,           

The Book Fair begins on October 11th through October 18th in the library. Mr. Monroe’s class will go to the book fair on Wednesday 10/12 at 8:55 a.m. and Monday 10/17 at 1:10p.m. Mrs. Woodward’s class will be going on Thursday 10/13 at 1:10 p.m. and again on Tuesday 10/18 at 11:30 a.m. The book fair will be open every day until 3:30 p.m., except for Friday, Oct. 14th when the book fair will close at 11:00 a.m.

On October 17th, the seventh grade is going on a field trip to Fort Clinch. Both classes are still in need of chaperones. Please let us know if you are able to join us. All chaperones must be fingerprinted and have completed the Protecting God’s Children’s course. Children riding with chaperones must send in a note requesting permission. No electronic devices aside from cameras are permitted on the field trip. The students will wear their P.E. uniforms, but please keep changes in weather in mind.

Rosary in the chapel is held every Wednesday morning at 7:20 a.m. It is a beautiful way to start the day and to practice our Catholic faith.

 

Important Dates:

·         October 3rd: Title and Purpose for Academic Fair is due

·         October 5th: Early Release @ noon

·         October 7th: End of Quarter

·         October 8th: Craft Show

·         October 10th: No school
