MMj02838730000[1]               About Mrs. Leonard

I am from Jacksonville and while I am an avid FSU fan, I actually graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education.  Before pursuing my career in education, I stayed home with my children and was a volunteer for many years at St. Joseph’s.  I have been teaching here for eleven years.

I have four children, Trey, Megan, Kelly, and Marc.  All of them, as well as my husband attended St. Joseph’s.  Our family has been members of St. Joseph Parish for 28 years and has loved watching this community grow.

I love teaching Second grade.  Your children will grow in many ways this year.  An important part of that growth will be in their religious education.  I love teaching about the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Communion.  It is very special to see your children’s faces after they have made their First Communion and are able take part in the next school Mass.  They feel so special.

Please do not hesitate to contact me at lleonard@stjosephcs.org if you have any questions or concerns.
