Students not picked up by 11:55 a.m. will be charged a late fee of $15.00 per child for each 10-minute increment that they are in the office. There is NO After School Care available on Wednesday. Please be prompt in picking up your child(ren). “Vision is Priceless” will be here on Thursday, Dec. 4 at 8:15 for vision screenings. We need 12 volunteers to assist them from 7:45 to 11:00. Please make your check payable to St. Joseph School and your wreath will be delivered to your student on December 5. Bishop Kenny Cross Country Championships were held on November 8. Justin Buettgen came in 3rd place. Congratulations! Safety Patrol Raffle: You could win a $100 Visa Gift card! Drawing will be held Tuesday, November 25. There is still time to buy tickets. Paper packets will go home on Wednesday, Nov. 26. Campbell Soup Label Update: With the holidays upon us, now would be a great time to collect all the labels and UPC codes from all the products purchased for Thanksgiving & Christmas. Remember there are 2 contests going, one for the classroom and one for each family. Send your labels in as soon as possible to be included in the contests. Barnes & Noble Book Fair: St. Joseph’s 2008 Christmas Book Fair is scheduled for December 12-14, at the Barnes & Noble store on San Jose blvd. and Claire Lane. “Polar Express” story time will be Friday night, December 12th, at 7:00 p.m. Mrs. Rose and Mrs. Twisdale will be our special readers. The students will also enjoy free hot chocolate samples and should be encouraged to come in their pajamas! Please join us and get your last minute Christmas shopping done.
