Association (HSA) is to coordinate the volunteer efforts for the good of the
children and the school. It also
provides extra activities not covered by school fees. 1.
What does the $65.00 dues per family pay for? Field Day Academic Fair Hospitality at Events Eucharistic Adoration Parent Education Events Library/Reading Incentive Catholic Schools Week Events Assignment Pads for 2nd-8th
Grade Students Health Awareness Screenings and
Activities 8th Grade Catholic High School
Scholarships Annual Teacher Classroom Enhancement

of School Grounds Bibles (incoming 4th graders
or new students 5th-8th grades)

What fundraisers does HSA put on? $65.00 per family dues (Due September
2009) Fall Craft Show (October 10, 2009) Magazine and Gift Sales (Starts August
28, 2009) 3.
Who is the HSA? Every parent is considered a general member
of the Home & School Association.
Executive Board consists of President, Vice President, Secretary and
Treasurer. The full board includes the
chairs of each volunteer committee. 4.
When does the HSA meet? There are three general school meetings
per year. They are usually held in
September, January and April or May and always include delicious food and
drinks. The executive board meets 4 to 5
times per year. The full board meets
three times per year. 5.
Why should I come to the HSA general meetings? It is a chance to meet other wonderful
parents, to give input, be supportive to your school and be a role model for
your children. You will be the first to
receive updates on school issues and events.
